Return Policy for Didy Wear
At Didy Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any body odor or fragrance. Please note that any item returned with signs of wear or use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you initiate the return process within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rest assured, if your item meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed promptly.
Refund Policy (if applicable):
We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase, unworn, and free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Please note that wristpacks are ineligible for return. If you have any issues with the sizing of your wristpack, please reply to your order email, and our team will assist you accordingly.
